Hyra Mortgages is a new mortgage lender for financing properties intended for rental. We determine the interest rate based on:
- the interest table of Hyra Hypotheken at the time of the application;
- the right and feasible financing;
- the actual risk class of the requested financing (LTV).

Hyra Hypotheken provides mortgages throughout the Netherlands for residential and combination properties intended for rental. We do not exclude any regions automatically except for areas susceptible to earthquakes. However, there are regions which Hyra Hypotheken assesses on a case-by-case basis. These regions are:
- Northeast Friesland;
- Het Hogeland;
- Eems Delta;
- East Groningen;
- Achterhoek;
- Zeeuws-Vlaanderen;
- Western Mining Region;
- Parkstad-Limburg;
- Maastricht-Mergelland where the city of Maastricht is allowed without overrule;
- Wadden Islands.
