Your financial advisor can advise you whether you could be classified as a professional property investor.

If you have a second home, want to purchase a home for a family member, such as a child, or if you purchase your first home to rent out, we consider you a private investor. Therefore, you cannot apply for a mortgage of Hyra Hypotheken.
