Hyra Hypotheken interest rates
Hyra Hypotheken is available in two mortgage types: interest-only and linear. You can choose between fixed interest periods of 1, 3, 5, 7 or 10 years. The interest rates below apply to interest-only mortgages; a discount applies to linear mortgages and we have a surcharge for mixed-use properties. By selecting the mortgage type and collateral, you can find out which interest rate will apply in your situation.

*When the residential part of the mixed-use property is valued between ≥40% and <75%, the surcharge is applicable. When the residential part of the mixed-use property is ≥75%, no surcharge applies.
Risk classes
A risk class indicates the ratio between the total mortgage amount and the market value in letting condition. During the term of your property finance, the interest rate may change, for example if you move to a lower risk class by (extra) repayment or to a higher market value of the financed object. Hyra Hypotheken automatically adjusts the risk class, and the related interest rate, when this occurs as a result of (extra) repayments.
Our interest rates
In this table you will find our current interest rates, that apply to our interest only mortgages or loan parts. A discount is applicable for linear mortgages or linear loan parts, and there can be a surcharge on mortgages for mixed-use properties. In the interest rate table we presume that the market value of the commercial part of the mixed-use property is >25% of the total.
